Accreditation

To request access to the event, press professionals must fill out the form available here and at the end of this text. Confirmation of accreditation will be sent via the email provided at the time of application.  People with an approved application will receive, via email, details of the event and other information about the procedures to be adopted on that occasion.

Submission of the accreditation application is not a guarantee that the credential will be issued.

Three people per television station, two per digital media outlet, news agency or print media outlet and two per radio station may register to follow the event.

Due to the limit of physical space and taking into account security issues and the mobility of participants, the Conference organizers reserve the right to restrict access to the space. There will be a maximum limit of credentials to be issued, also taking into account the need to ensure the largest possible number of media outlets present.

The accreditation request must be made from 8/2 until 23:59 on August 25. Requests received after this deadline will not be considered.

Instructions on press arrival will be sent upon confirmation of accreditation.

Necessary documents:

a) An ID-sized photo, on a white background (in .jpg format) and with a maximum size of 1MB;   

b) A letter from the media outlet (in .pdf format), on letterhead, designating the professional for the coverage;  

c) For Brazilian press professionals: copy of ID document with photo and Individual Taxpayer Registration (CPF); for foreigners: copy of passport.

ATTENTION: The accreditation request will only be processed after receipt of all the documents listed above.
